Prosports Help Turn on the Greg Norman Style at Dubai World Championship

Dubai (UAE): Prosports International, the leading golf wholesale distribution company in the Middle East, will add a touch of Greg Norman style to the forthcoming Dubai World Championship presented by DP World with their 2011 collection.
Over 450 volunteers, scorers and marshals dressed in Greg Norman Apparel will take to the Earth course at Jumeirah Golf Estates – designed by Greg Norman – from December 8-11 when the top 60 players in The Race to Dubai fight it out for a share of $7.5 million in prize-money and the chance to earn a slice of the Bonus Pool of an additional $7.5 million.
And as befits the grand finale of what has been a remarkable season of golf on The European Tour, the volunteers will be just as stylish as any of the players on show.
“The Dubai World Championship is a fitting end of season climax to The Race to Dubai and is a true celebration of golf,” said Colin Smith, European Tour Director – International Business Development Middle East and Asia.
“We have worked very hard to make this a great occasion for players and spectators alike so we are delighted that Prosports International have come on board to make sure our marshals and scorers – who are vital to the success of the event – look the part.”

At the Dubai World Championship presented by DP World, Prosports International will retail lifestyle garments from the famous Greg Norman Collection at the official merchandise store in the championship village as the company adds the tournament to a portfolio of events that also includes the Dubai Rugby 7s and the Commercialbank Qatar Masters, amongst others.
